Jody loves spending time with her family and her hilarious hubby Brian.
Her work as an Anti-Racist aims to highlight voices of those who have been traditionally silenced and censored while taking action to eliminate racism at the individual and institutional level.

Jody is a passionate advocate and activist
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and Master's of Science in Education. Jody is certified with the Ontario College of Teachers and specializes in integrating the arts across the curriculum.
Inspired by her collaboration with Silkroad’s Arts & Passion Driven Learning at Harvard, Jody hopes to promote meaningful artistic exchange that celebrates diversity and social engagement.
With concurrent careers in performing and education spanning over 30 years, Jody is passionate about making the arts accessible and inclusive.
Helen in Fun Home, Tanya in Mamma Mia, Elizabeth in If/Then, Sheila in A Chorus Line, Diana in Next to Normal and Chelsea in On Golden Pond. She has performed on stages throughout the world and provincially at the Rose Theatre, Stage West, The Living Arts Centre and the Orillia Opera House.
